  Service was slow, left dipping sauce out of to- go bag, no napkins provided, and fries old. Was there a manager on duty?

  I am sort of surprised at the various poor reviews. I stop in occasionally since it opened and have not had any bad experiences. The staff has always been friendly and strives to make the orders accurately. The service has been fast. Clean facility. Cashiers are friendly.

  I've tried this location a few different times over the last 5 months. It was almost always messy and the staff is usually unprofessional. After today's lunch I'm not sure if and when I'll be back.
  
  Today, my mom and I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 drinks. When I went to get ice, the ice machine gave me 4 ice cubes and stopped. I notified the cashier it was out of ice and she told me to try it again... I told her no, it's out. She then got me ice from the drive thru area. I went to get napkins. There was 1 napkin. I got it. Mom went and notified them the napkins needed to be restocked. They agreed and gave her a few napkins from the back. We quickly got our food. Our burgers were almost room temperature and barely warm. The bacon wasn't cold but it wasn't warm either. It was not crisp and didn't look good to eat. I brought the burgers back to the front and spoke with the cook & told her how the bacon looked barely cooked and our burgers were barely warm. She nodded, was polite, and asked if I wanted her to replace them. I said "Yes, and this time I want our bacon cooked and the burgers hot." She cooked them and when we got the food again it was only slightly warmer than the first time. We ate the burgers... When we left and tried to get refills, they still had not refilled the ice and the napkins were still not stocked... today there were 8 or 9 people working in the back. Several were just standing around talking.
  
  Another family came in when we were there. They went to get ice (it was still out). They went to get napkins (they were still out). That family left... Before I moved to this area I loved Burger King. I was excited that there was a Burger King close to our new house. Now, (thanks to this location & the Winchester Rd location) it's one of my least favorite places to eat. I've been disappointed time after time.
