  We're new to the area. First time we ate here the food bar was fresh, hot, & delicious! We've been back several times since and every time it's amazing. Especially the mac n cheese & banana pudding!!

  We visit every Saturday on our way to TN for lotto tickets! Yep, that's right, we're the "three waters and a Pepsi" family! My grandpa loves this place most of all; he makes a beeline for the buffet as soon as he enters the building. Usual offerings include yummy fried chicken (breasts, wings, and thighs), catfish, peach cobbler, and banana pudding with a meringue topping. The sides/veggies change weekly; be sure to try the Lima beans and black eyed peas if they have them! The mashed potatoes are my personal favorite- perfect taste and texture, not too buttery or lumpy or runny. As far as breads, I prefer the yeast rolls over the cornbread. My dad is a big fan of the cornbread- he tops it with shredded cheese, beans, and Tabasco sauce! If you are looking for a healthy option, there is a salad bar in addition to the buffet.
  Overall, the buffet is always kept clean and the food is always being refreshed. The foods are not overly greasy and are quite tasty. The staff is friendly and prompt, and there is plenty of space even for the weekend lunch crowds. The only unpleasant experience I have ever had in all of my years of going there was when a fellow diner made fun of my hair, which I had dyed hot pink at the time. My whole family loves Posey's, with the exception of my mom, who called it "bland." However, this is a woman who was raised on sauerkraut and kielbasa, so she has no idea what she is talking about when it comes to the finest of Southern comfort food.

  Me and my boys loves eating at Posey's restaurant they got some of the best food and the owners are wonderful they are really sweet people anybody hadn't tried Posey's restaurant they need to go eat there it's on Highway 431 231 in Hazel Green
